ORDINATION INFORMATION

In September of 2007, there was a Court Ruling in York County regarding the legality of marriages performed or officiated by "internet-ordained ministers" in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This has created some stress and confusion among couples who were married since this ruling or will be marrying in the future with regard to who may marry them. It has also opened a "Pandora's Box" as to the right of any "government" to make a determination as to who is or is not "legally" ordained in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

To all couples visiting my website, I wish to assure you with complete confidence that this ministry meets the legal criteria and laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you may rest assured that if you choose me to officiate your wedding, the legality of your marriage will not come into question..

I wish you to know that:

• I am not an "internet-ordained" minister.
  
  
• I have an undergraduate degree from Penn State in Behavioral Sciences as well as a Master's Degree in Holistic Ministries and will complete my Doctorate in the near future.
  
  
• I am ordained through Metaphysical Universal Ministries and a member of St. John's Church of Faith in Allentown. MUM is incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Incorporated on July 31, 1990) and the Charter #1585740 and is on file with the Commonwealth.
  
  
• St. John's Church of Faith is a fully-operational church with a congregation that meets "on a regular basis" and MUM has authorized me (under this Charter) to "solemize marriage" as a "Minister of the Gospel."
