ORDINATION INFORMATION
There has been a great deal of controversy and a recent Court Ruling in the State of Pennsylvania regarding the illegality of marriages performed or officiated by "internet-ordained ministers." This has not only created fear among couples who are married or wish to be married by an officiant in Pennsylvania with regard to the legality of their marriage, but has also opened a "Pandora's Box" as to the right of government to make the determination as to who is or is not a "legally" ordained minister in the State of Pennsylvania.
To all couples who are visiting my website, I wish to assure you with complete confidence that this ministry meets the legal criteria and laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
And with regard to this, I wish to let you know that:
-
I am not an "internet-ordained" minister
-
I have an education in the ministry and as my personal bio states, I am in the process of completing a Doctorate of Holistic Ministries.
-
I am ordained and a member of a Ministry that is incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Incorporated on July 31, 1990) and whose Charter #1585740 is on file with the State and have been given authority by this ministry to "solemnize Marriage."
-
The Ministry that has ordained me has a fully-operational church with a congregation that meets on a regular basis.
Please rest assured that if you choose me to officiate your wedding and marry you, your marriage will be legal in Pennsylvania.
